Welcome to EveryMart. We strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The product is damaged during transit.

The product is defective or non-functional upon delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.

Personal care, beauty, hygiene, or intimate products once opened.

Customized or personalized products.

Products purchased during clearance or final sale unless received damaged or defective.
3. Replacement Policy
If your return request is approved, we will arrange a replacement whenever possible.
If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the necessary payment details.
5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you refuse delivery without a valid reason, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund, where applicable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sumitdey125d45@gmail.com with clear photos or videos. We will resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund after verification.
7. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping costs will be borne by EveryMart
For returns requested for any other approved reason, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.
