1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable). You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of such orders.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, mobile number, and PIN code are accurate while placing your order.

EveryMart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

7. Delayed Deliveries

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier partner issues

  • High order volumes

8. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please:

  • Do not accept the package if possible.

  • Take clear photos of the package.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

9. International Shipping

Currently, EveryMart ships only within India.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
